Festival Named "RM of Portage la Prairie's Signature Event" For 2019
"The Rural Municipality of Portage la Prairie supports the work of the non-profit Whoop & Hollar Folk Festival Inc. in showcasing local music, arts, and culture, and officially recognizes the annual Whoop & Hollar Folk Festival as the municipality's signature event for 2019."
