"Free Your Spirit" at the 7th annual Whoop & Hollar Folk Festival—the 2019 Signature Event of the RM of Portage la Prairie! Early Bird Tickets on sale until August 22nd.
A weekend of music, art, nature, and community:
SATURDAY, August 24th: music and workshops from noon to midnight (gates open at 11:00 am)
SUNDAY, August 25th: music from noon to 10:00 pm (gates open at 11:30 am)
